Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), upon acceptance by the Buyer (after reviewing the Terms and checking the box next to the statement “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the website”), constitute a legally binding document for the parties, establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing goods and making payments, the procedures for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store www.kastenkidz.com.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time in accordance with the requirements of legal acts.

2. Protection of Personal Data
2.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide the necessary personal data in the fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, email address, and country.
2.2. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data specified in clause 2.1. may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store www.kastenkidz.com, for the Seller’s business analysis, and for direct marketing purposes. The Buyer also agrees that their personal data—name, surname, email address, and country—may be disclosed to the Seller’s partners (data processors) providing goods delivery or other services necessary for proper order fulfillment.
2.3. By consenting to the processing of personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller’s online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages necessary for order fulfillment via the provided email address.
2.4. If the Buyer does not agree with the provisions on Personal Data Protection specified in this section of the Terms, they lose the right to use the services provided by the online store www.kastenkidz.com.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store www.kastenkidz.com in accordance with these Terms and other information sections of the Seller’s online store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods.
3.3. The Buyer is obligated to pay for the goods in advance.
3.4. If the Buyer’s registration details change, they must immediately inform the Seller.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services of the online store www.kastenkidz.com under the conditions set forth in these Terms and in the online store.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the online store or fails to meet their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel their registration.
4.3. Under important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.4. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within three (3) business days when selecting one of the payment methods specified in clauses 5.2.1 – 5.2.4.
4.5. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy regarding their personal information and to process the Buyer’s personal data only in accordance with Section 2 of the Terms and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Prices, Payment Terms, and Conditions
5.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros.
5.2. The Buyer can pay for the goods using one of the following methods:
5.2.1. Via the Paysera system, including electronic banking (Swedbank AB, SEB AB, Citadele AB, Luminor AB).
5.2.2. By transferring the payment to the specified account. In the payment purpose, write “For educational tasks.” Notify us at info@kastenkidz.com about the completed payment and the purchased goods.
5.2.3. By credit card.
5.2.4. Via PayPal.

6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. Kastenkidz.com sells only digital products—PDF files. After payment, you will receive an email within a few minutes with links to the ordered goods and an attached invoice. You need to click on the links and download the PDF files. We have attached an illustrated example below. If you did not receive an email, first check whether the sent files did not end up in your SPAM or promotional email folder. However, there is a very high probability that you have entered an incorrect email address. Write to info@kastenkidz.com, and we will undertake to respond within two (2) business days.

7. Return and Exchange of Goods
7.1. According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital goods are not returnable. The buyer loses the right of withdrawal (right of return) as soon as the download begins.

8. Liability
8.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. If the Buyer provides inaccurate personal data, the Seller is not liable for any resulting consequences and has the right to claim compensation for direct losses.
8.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions taken using this online store.
8.3. A registered Buyer is responsible for sharing their login details with third parties. If a third party accesses the online store using the Buyer’s login details, the Seller considers that person to be the Buyer.
8.4. The Seller is not liable for any losses incurred due to the Buyer’s failure to comply with the Seller’s recommendations and obligations, even if the Buyer had the opportunity to review these Terms.
8.5. If the Seller’s online store contains links to other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals’ websites, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities on those websites. The Seller does not monitor, control, or represent those companies or individuals.
8.6. The Seller is not responsible for the proper fulfillment of obligations between the Buyer and the Seller’s partners whose services the Buyer orders.
8.7. If damages occur, the liable party compensates the other party for direct losses.
8.8. All products sold in this store are protected under EU copyright laws. Copying, distributing, or using them without the author’s permission is prohibited. The Buyer acquires the right to use the product only for personal purposes.

9. Exchange of Information
9.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the Buyer via the email address provided in clause 2.1.
9.2. The Buyer sends all notifications and inquiries to the Seller via email at info@kastenkidz.com.
