Delivery

www.kastenkidz.com sells only digital products—PDF files. After completing the payment, you will receive an email within a few minutes containing the download links for the ordered items and an attached invoice. Click on the links to download the PDF files.

If you do not receive an email, first check whether the files were directed to your SPAM or promotions folder. However, there is a high possibility that you entered an incorrect email address. If you still haven’t received the files, please write to info@kastenkidz.com, and we will undertake to respond within two (2) business days.

Returns

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital goods are non-refundable. The buyer loses the right of withdrawal (return right) once the download process begins.
