1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), upon acceptance by the Buyer (after reviewing the Terms and checking the box next to the statement “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the website”), constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. They establish the rights and obligations of both parties, the conditions for purchasing goods and making payments, the procedure for providing digital content and the return policy, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store www.kastenkidz.com.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Protection of Personal Data
2.1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the personal data requested by the Seller: first name, last name, email address, and country.
2.2. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data specified in Clause 2.1 may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services through the online store www.kastenkidz.com, for the Seller’s business analysis, and for direct marketing purposes. The Buyer also agrees that their personal data (first name, last name, email address, and country) may be disclosed to the Seller’s partners (data processors) who provide services necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order and the technical operation of the online store.
2.3. By consenting to the processing of personal data for the purposes of selling goods and services through the Seller’s online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive notifications necessary for order fulfillment via the email address provided.
2.4. If the Buyer does not agree with the personal data protection provisions set out in this section of the Terms, they lose the right to use the services provided by www.kastenkidz.com.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from www.kastenkidz.com in accordance with these Terms and other information provided in the Seller’s online store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods.
3.3. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods in advance.
3.4. If the Buyer’s registration details change, they must immediately notify the Seller.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the services of www.kastenkidz.com in accordance with these Terms and the conditions published in the online store.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store or fails to fulfill their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
4.3. If significant circumstances arise, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.4. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order if the payment is not completed successfully or if the payment fails.
4.5. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy and to process the Buyer’s personal data only in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the following payment methods:
• Credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) via Stripe
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal

6. Delivery of Goods (Digital Content)
6.1. Kastenkidz.com sells digital products only (PDF files). After payment, you will receive an email within a few minutes containing download links for the purchased products and an attached invoice. Simply click the links to download the PDF files.
If you do not receive the email, first check whether it has been delivered to your Spam (Junk) or Promotions folder. There is also a high probability that an incorrect email address was entered during checkout. Please contact us at info@kastenkidz.com, and we will respond within two (2) business days.

7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital products are non-refundable. The Buyer loses the right of withdrawal (right of return) as soon as the download begins or the digital content is made available.

8. Liability
8.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. If inaccurate information is submitted, the Seller shall not be liable for any resulting consequences and has the right to claim compensation for direct damages.
8.2. The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed while using the online store.
8.3. A registered Buyer is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. If a third party accesses the online store using the Buyer’s login details, the Seller shall consider that person to be the Buyer.
8.4. The Seller shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the Buyer’s failure to comply with the Seller’s recommendations and obligations, even if the Buyer had the opportunity to review these Terms.
8.5. If the Seller’s online store contains links to websites operated by other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities on those websites. The Seller does not monitor, control, or represent those third parties.
8.6. The Seller is not responsible for the proper performance of obligations between the Buyer and the Seller’s partners whose services the Buyer uses.
8.7. In the event of damages, the liable party shall compensate the other party for direct damages.
8.8. All products sold in this online store are protected by EU copyright laws. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using the products without the author’s permission is prohibited. The Buyer acquires the right to use the purchased product for personal purposes only.

9. Exchange of Information
9.1. The Seller shall send all notifications to the Buyer using the email address provided in Clause 2.1.
